Michelle Edmond

Human Resources Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and operations management, Michelle is responsible for all aspects of The Outlook’s HR department, including training, interviewing, hiring, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and organizational policies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tuskegee University as well as a certification in Professional Human Resources. In her leisure time, Michelle enjoys yoga, cycling, tennis, walking, and running. She is an avid reader and teaches adults to read and prepare for General Educational Development (GED) testing.
