Eldergrow Program

Led by a certified Eldergrow expert, residents engage in horticulture classes and garden maintenance, gaining sensory and cognitive stimulation and an important opportunity for socialization and creative expression.

Live and Learn Program

After years of extensive research, we have come to understand that residents can continue to absorb new information and enjoy the process of learning. Our Live and Learn program is an outgrowth of this understanding. Through brain games as well as short classes on a variety of subjects, residents with dementia can continue to enjoy lifelong learning and the chance to voice their opinions.

Numerous studies have demonstrated that practicing mindful relaxation techniques can effectively reduce depression and promote better sleep and an improved quality of life. Our popular daily afternoon program is a true sensory experience involving calming instrumental music, aromatherapy, hand massages, warm towels, and more, all to promote relaxation, stimulate appetite, support better sleep, and enhance well-being.
