Adam Blake Thompson
Director of Culinary Services
An experienced leader in the hospitality and culinary industries, Adam is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of The Outlook’s culinary operations as well as recruiting and training team members. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas Tech University. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his four dogs—Nala, a Great Dane; Heidi, a chocolate Lab; Georgia, a pit bull; and Clark, a boxer mix. Additionally, Adam fosters animals and volunteers at over six animal shelters in the area.
