Kim Harden

Executive Director

Kim received her bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she graduated on the Chancellor’s List. Following graduation, she spent the next two decades in Central Arkansas building her diverse professional career, becoming a part of such organizations as Alltel Communications, Arkansas Heart Hospital, Radiology Consultants, FamilyLife and Baptist Health/Parkway Village. Kim brings with her experience in marketing, medical sales, management, customer service, training and operations. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-oriented, Kim has demonstrated success driving growth through implementation of key initiatives and relationship building. In her spare time, Kim enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering at her church as well as several not-for-profit organizations. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and cultivating her adventurous side through playing sports, hiking and taking in the great outdoors.
