Yashica Washington

Director of Assisted Living

Yashica brings nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry to The Outlook at Windhaven, including wound care, nurse management, immunization, and lead coordination. Prior to joining The Outlook, she was Executive Director at another assisted living and memory care community. As Director of Assisted Living, Yashica manages and oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Assisted Living for the community. She holds degrees in Practical Nursing and Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) from Brown Mackie College. Yashica enjoys listening to music, doing a weekly podcast with friends, and is a diehard fan of The Office TV series.
