Charlotte Slaver
Senior Living Counselor
Having grown up in the big city of Houston, this self-described “country girl at heart” moved to Dallas in 1987, where she met her husband, the love of her life. Four grown children and six grandchildren later, Charlotte’s home has always been filled with fun and love—and music. “There’s lots of music in my home, as my husband and daughter have a jazz band. I came home recently to find the band practicing in the living room like they were a bunch of teenagers. It made my heart happy.” In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys horseback riding, painting, yoga, and teaching her puppy, Cowboy, new tricks. And with over 10 years of senior living experience behind her, Charlotte finds so much satisfaction helping guide seniors on their personal journeys. “It’s a privilege to hear their remarkable life stories and help them rightsize into an active senior living community. The best day is when I hear folks say, ‘Why did I wait so long!’”
