Kristen Jordan

Executive Director

As Executive Director, Kristen brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and senior living executive leadership to The Outlook at Windhaven. Her accomplishments include successfully opening five hotels and earning such accolades as the Hospitality Impact Award in 2013, Sales Director of the Year in 2011, and the President’s Award in 2008. Prior to joining The Outlook, Kristen served as Executive Director at The Village of River Oaks, a luxury senior living community in Houston. She holds certifications from the Texas Assisted Living Association in Assisted Living Standards and Assisted Living Management. Kristen resides in Dallas with her husband, Bill, and is a proud mom to two adult daughters, Angelica and Melissa. Additional family members include Brownie, a chocolate Labrador; Sammy, a silver Labrador; and Dallas, a Plott hound mix. Kristen’s interests include watching movies, cycling, playing pickleball, and volunteering with the Mile High Labrador Retriever Mission, a Colorado-based Labrador retriever rescue organization.
