Kristen Jordan

Executive Director

As Executive Director, Kristen brings her impressive track record of leadership and hospitality experience in sales and marketing spanning more than 25 years to The Outlook at Windhaven. Her accomplishments include successfully opening five hotels and earning such accolades as the Hospitality Impact Award in 2013, Sales Director of the Year in 2011, and the President’s Award in 2008.  

In 2020, Kristen transitioned into the senior living industry and served as Executive Director at The Village of River Oaks, a luxury senior living community in Houston, Texas, prior to joining The Outlook. Kristen holds certifications from the Texas Assisted Living Association in Assisted Living Standards and Assisted Living Management.

Having lived in a variety of locations across the country and abroad, Kristen and her husband Bill currently reside in Dallas. She is the proud mom of two adult daughters, Angelica and Melissa. Additional family members include Brownie, a Chocolate Labrador, and Dallas, a Plott Hound mix.

During her free time, Kristen enjoys watching movies, cycling, playing pickleball and volunteering with the Mile High Labrador Retriever Mission, a Colorado-based organization that rescues Labrador Retrievers and relocates them to new loving homes.
