Matt brings more than 30 years of culinary leadership experience to The Outlook at Windhaven’s culinary team. Throughout a distinguished career, he has built and developed talented culinary teams, introduced innovative menu concepts and fostered a culture of hospitality centered on quality, service and genuine care. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Matt oversees all aspects of The Outlook’s dining program and works closely with residents and team members to continually elevate the dining experience. Outside of The Outlook, Matt enjoys hiking, fishing, camping and traveling, and is a devoted country music fan. He and his wife, Aman, are the proud parents of five adult children.
