A service of Forefront Living, Empowered Living is a program that provides personalized, in-home assistance services to residents at The Outlook at Windhaven. The program begins with a home assessment, which forms the foundation for a personalized care plan tailored to meet the specific needs of you or your loved one. Our professional staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

To ensure the best experience, we match our care providers with you or your loved one based on the services needed, personality, availability and location. All in-home care staff must pass a background check, and receive both classroom instruction and hands-on experience. Additional training includes education in dementia care to provide compassionate support for individuals with cognitive challenges.
