- Nearing completion of exterior finishes and hardscaping along the Independent Living (IL) Pool Courtyard
- Waterproofing IL Pool Courtyard
- Completing pipe work and ventilation of Pool House
- Nearing landscape completion for IL North Residences
- Furniture installation for IL and Assisted Living/Memory Support
