In the next six weeks, The Outlook at Windhaven (OAW) construction progress will include:
- Installation of ceiling systems and finishing out of the Commons
- Continuing finish out on first set of Independent Living (IL) residences
- Begin drywall on second set of IL residences
- Begin drywall and finish out on AL/MS (Assisted Living/Memory Support) residences and common spaces
- Finish exterior façade on AL/MS building
- Continue exterior façade finishes on IL building
- Continue landscape and hardscape of Community Courtyard, located between Commons and AL/MS building
- Begin landscape and hardscape in the IL Pool Courtyard
