As the hub of the campus, our main building is home to our independent living apartments as well as many of our core amenities, including a salon and spa, an indoor pool, wine bar and bistro, and much more.
The right community for a fulfilling life
The Outlook is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that offers an entry fee and monthly service fee structure. This means that even as residents’ needs change, from independent living through assisted living and memory care, they will receive the care they need right here on our campus. We offer a range of contract options that residents can choose from to match their specific financial preferences.

Before you consider the costs associated with a CCRC, it’s a smart idea to understand exactly what you’ll be getting for your investment.
How does the payment structure work?
You can expect two types of payments: an Entrance Fee and a Monthly Service Fee. Each of these is based on the floor plan and location of your residence.
So… What does it cost?
90% Refundable Entrance Fees at The Outlook start around $350,000. There is no second-person entrance fee.
Monthly Service Fees start at $3,795. +$1095 for a second person.
